Domain Selling 101 - Step by Step Process Wanted

Hi,

I am looking for someone to create a document for me that outlines the options and steps involved in selling a domain name.
Eg: I advertise a domain name, someone contacts me and says that they are interested. I then send them a PDF file with all the necessary (and accurate) information that we both need to follow in order to complete a harmonious transaction.

This includes everything from expected timeframes, payment options, what information they have to provide, what I need to do, options using GoDaddy, options using another domain registrar etc.

It needs to be accurate, succinct understandable for all parties.
