Resolution.com has been sold at Sedo for $50,000. According to whois history records, the domain name was owned by Resolution Software, Inc. of Lubbock, Texas prior. Resolution Software has owned the domain for awhile but had a bit of “odd” whois activity around late February 2016 when the domain transferred to GoDaddy under a Kezhik Oorzhak with a Russian email address. Whois then went to privacy and the domain was then transferred later to Tucows in April/May 2016. Then Resolution Software, Inc reappears in whois with the domain moving back to Network Solutions in late May or early June 2016. At the time and prior, the domain name Zoraptera.com was used in whois records for the registrant and admin contact, which expired and was dropped from the registry on February 12, 2016 and was registered at Internet.bs. Based on this, I’m confident that Resolution.com was stolen in February 2016 and the expired domain name Zoraptera.com was used in its efforts to get Resolution.com.
