Domain register Whois info

I saw a recent sale on Sedo for lendingchoice.com that sold for 5g's. Considering I have lendingteps.com I thought I would check out the reg data on whois.

All the contact data shows Domain Transfer Escrow Service [email protected]

Does this mean the name has been transfered and bought by Sedo?

Sometimes SEDO asks the seller to transfer the domain to them first, the payment is then released from Escrow and the domain is pushed/transferred to the buyer.

Sometimes (depending on sale value and registrar) SEDO don't hold the domain, but rather they ask the seller to directly transfer the domain to the buyer and when they see the buyer's info on that domain's whois they release the payment from their escrow account. I've had some hard time with this.
