This name can well have the traffic reported, as it was developed since early 2007 as a site for buying/selling online ads, and had a traffic rank of less than 68K, so will have strong traffic stats.
I notice your parking links don't have much to do with online ads, but I'm assuming you've optimized it that way and the optimization just hasn't kicked in yet as Sedo sometimes takes a few hours to a couple days for this.
Nice grab, to get a name with that much pre-existing traffic. Of course the traffic will go way down over the next few months as the incoming searchers see it's not what they're looking for and SEO weakens, but you'll still maintain some good traffic stats for awhile yet, and then a strong trickle into the far future.
As a dn without content, of course it's not a great name and would have been appraised at reg fee.
And too hard to appraise as a traffic name until we see the numbers... not just the number of UV's per day, but also how well those are translating into clicks and how good the bid rates are on those clicks. As I'm sure you know, high traffic doesn't always mean high income -- I picked up a nice high traffic name from a developed site almost a year ago... and I swear I have only gotten 1 click in all this time! Optimized it first, of course, with links similar to the old developed content, in the same vein as the 'incoming links', and nothing. Tried adult, dating, domains, computer, jokes, cars, gambling, and a few more key optimizations, and nothing took hold.
To this day I'm still sitting here looking at that name's traffic, and no clicks no matter what, going 'hmmmm.' It's not bot traffic, either, but from the backlinks.
So, let us know in a few days how the clicks are doing.
