Domain Question

Okay, this is going to seem like the most stupid question asked but how do you add hosting to a domain on namecheap? I have shared hosting so the nameservers option doesn't work. When I do go to websites that offer hosting they want me to transfer the domains which I don't want to do because it would mean that I'd have to pay double and I like having control over my domains. How do you add hosting to your domains?

If you already have a shared hosting, changing the nameservers should work. Click "Domain Name Server Setup" and input the DNS info to what the hosting company gave you when you signed up. If You dont have one yet, your future hosting company will give you DNS info and it will be the same process. Good luck

Find another hosting company, there are tons out there.

Shared hosting should work. All you have to do is change the nameservers and add the domin to your account on Cpanel.

I don't have a regular Cpanel just normal features that my host offers. I can't find any feature to add a new domain, they only do so if you transfer domains to them. Is there a certain good host that will allow this option?
