hi all

I registered a domain name at MSN Personal Address service, and they povide 5 email accounts for the registered domains, but I found that it's only works like URL forwording, means that I if I'd like to register for hosting service, then there's no way to change my domain DNS according to the hosting company.

My question is: In that case, can I still have a web hosting for my domain while I can't change it's DNS? or it's not possible?

regards

Not sure - I have never used that type of service before.
It sounds like you just purchased 5 email accounts and not hosting services.
What happens when you type in your domain?
If they gave you user name and password try FTP to it and see if you can get in.

I don't think it would be possible to run your site if you didn't have the hosting to back it up ;)

Because if you can't change the DNS or nameservers, then the domain is useless.

What good is it if you can't change DNS? :(
You mean your domain is stuck with their server?
