I have a hard time with all of the domains in question, personally

If the "property calculator" one happened to be this way without the hyphen, I'd consider it thousands. With the hyphen ...low hundreds, to the buyer that appreciates it. Overall, tricky

it's propertystatistic, without the "s"

some names you have with plural keywords, should not be plural
and some keywords you have that should be plural, are not.

learn when/how to use plural and singular versions of words and when not.

imo...

@codecircle I struggle with all of them, value wise. They would need changed ever so slightly to be acceptable. Sometimes, just that slight change makes a big difference

If I’m registering a domain that I like I often register plural and singular lol
