Domain Parking vs URL Forwarding

Hi, I am kind of new to this industry and hope some experts could help me out.

1) Is there any difference if you park the domain at for eg, Sedo vs park at domain registrar then forward url to the park URL?

2) Is it common to receive 1 to 2 visits per day when you registered a new domain, and the traffic will slowly grow to maybe few 100 visits per day after few months?

3) I have parked 2 domains at Sedo, it has been about 2 days, my domains are still under verifying stage with Sedo. How long does it takes them to verify?

4) Is it better to park at domain registrar and use URL forwarding to PPC? Reason being because I feel changing the URL forwarding is instant and I don't have to wait for the DNS to propagate and I am able to change to any PPC instantly anytime I want.

5) Can visitors starting visiting my web although the domains are in verifying status? Will I earn from any clicks?

6) Can I buy text link advertisement (relevant keyword) from other site and link it to my park domain?
