Domain parking service that allows own designs

Does anyone know if there is a domain parking service that allows me to use my own design?

Domainadvertisingdotcom is known to have best templates but there is non who provide the option to have your own templates.

Also google is preferring to non template lander pages. So dont be surprise to see all parking company switching to simple lander pages in coming months.
