Does a Page Rank of a domain name affect the value of a domain name?
Recently I've been spending my time looking over expired domain names and I've snatched up a few with PageRank and internet history, does the PageRank and previous history of a domain affect the value? e.g; the previous internet history of the domain name and the page rank?
And how can I effectively check the page rank as some PR checkers list the domain as a Page Rank 3, some a 4 and others a 0.
