It's registered but not being used. But I don't know how to contact the owner.

You could try the address and number on the WHOIS details:

http://whois.domaintools.com/mosh.com

But it may not get anywhere. I never seem to have any luck when there is an identity shield on a domain. It never seems to get to the owner although it should do.

Failing that, contact the Registrar holding the domain and ask them to contact the owner to contact you....

The name looks like it is owned but a domain investor which is probably bad news and they will be aware of the domain's value and probably not motivated to sell it.

Start by offering 500 to show intent and hopefully they will left it go for $1000 which is probably worth, even to a reseller.
