Domain name reseller?

Hi. I have noticed the place on this website where you can get a domain name for NB$. It says at the bottom that Name Pros is a registered enom reseller. How do you become a reseller and how can NamePros afford ti register domain names because it is cheaper to buy NB$ and register it here. I would like to do something similar to this on one of my websites.

Thanx. How can you afford it though? Because it is cheaper to do it thru NamePros, well, cheaper as in nothing :P
