Just the admin, that's what a domain portfolio is... your domains.

i need to install it. ot just uplaoding on plugin folder. i tried. and actiavted .

while i click Manage-Domain Portfolio shown me following error.

Great! You found a bug :D
I know what it is, all you have to do is put in one domain and it should then work fine.
EDIT Nope, that's not the problem. What version of Wordpress are you using? Check your DN Portfolio options and make sure that the DN Portfolio Page option is higher than 0.

I see what you did, please follow the instructions at http://www.borghunter.com/2008/01/17/domain-portfolio-for-wordpress/
Make sure the files are in the correct folders as specified in the file tree on the site.
All files should be in the "domain-portfolio" folder and put into the "plugins" folder.

I understand, it's personel portfolio, but few domains holder will not install it, so why don't we make one place, where we can create huge portfolio of selling domains??

I see what you mean ABSOFTS.COM, but this is not what this is. This is for personal portfolios, not mass domain sales. If you want to have a huge listing site, that's a very different project.
