Mr. Bayme has served as lead banker on a number of Direct Navigation transactions, including the reported $80mm sale of BuyDomains.com (now Yesdirect.com) to Highland Capital and Summit Partners, and the $20mm sale of Clickdiario Network, a Spanish language advertising network.
Douglas Burke serves as a Managing Director and co - head of the Software and Services practice at Pagemill Partners where he is responsible for providing strategic merger and acquisition advice clients. Doug has particular expertise working with clients in the infrastructure software, security, network and systems management software, internet based and on-line businesses and technology-enabled business service companies.
During his career, Doug has closed over 65 transactions with aggregate transaction value in excess of $1 billion.
