Hi guys. Do you have a preferred software program for managing your domains? Some of what I would like in an all-in-one would be:

-Created & Expiry dates
-CPC and search volume
-DA and # of backlinks
-Character & Word counts

I currently hack some this info together from multiple different sources and track it in a spreadsheet, but there has to be a better way that isn’t this manual. Thanks in advance.

I use a spreadsheet with multiple tabs for the various stages of a domain lifecycle (researching, in inventory, sold, dropped), as well as a tab of all transactions. However, if I want to do more sophisticated analysis, I dump it to a .csv and then import it into a Jupyter notebook and use pandas (great data science library for python) to run some simple commands to analyze. I’m still working on getting that to re-output the data to csv and merge with the spreadsheet, but it’s not insurmountable.

If you have any facility with python, I can’t recommend Jupyter strongly enough.

I’m seeing differences in backlinks when comparing Ahrefs to Semrush, and a difference in CPC & Keyword volume comparing Esti & Semrush. Who do you trust?

I am a domain developer. Bringing a domain management / research tool. Currently its under developement. The features you have mentioned will be implemented.
please note that some of datas are not free like backlink, DA. And search volume will be pulled from your own google ads account.

My tool will be free for everyone. The tool will be online but need a localhost server that will run in you pc / laptop need to be download which will be open source. It will reduce the server cost so that the domainer could access the features for free.

I want to scrape expiry dates so I don't have to update themself.

TLD count is how many TLD's a word is registered in.

Are you looking for free services? there are many. But if you want to customize the operation as you want, you can order a customize script. It will cost less than $100.

I can write the script, I'm just looking for somewhere that doesn't have a captcha where I can scrape.

I went to play store and there is no app there named domain monitor. So where did you get your domain monitor from?

For domain management, consider SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Pro, or Majestic. They offer features like domain metrics, backlinks, CPC, and search volume. For expiry dates, look into domain-specific tools like Domain Monitor.

Same here. Been using Domain Punch Pro for years. Great for keeping track of what registrar your names are at and if their nameservers are properly set, as well as the usual expiration dates.
