Hello, what should I do to become a domain name investor? Is there a guide on the subject? For example, can I directly purchase a domain name that expires on November 30 at that moment? Are there necessary conditions? Can you help me?

Purchasing a domain that is yet to expire is called back ordering. There is no guarantee you will succeed because the current owner might renew.
Becoming a domain investor is an adventure that starts with knowledge acquisition before you then proceed to planning what sort of domains you want to investing in.

As a domain name investor you need to keep an eye on market dynamics and trends, and build a wide range of contacts and resources. First choose a quality domain name, specifically one that is short and easy to remember, relevant to the business, and unique, and then buy or register a domain name for investment.

A domain expiry date is set by its registration date, 1 year later.
The actual date when a domain will be available for someone to register it again, if it is not renwed by the current/previous owner, is an unclear date of about 45 days after the expiry date.

You may wish to read the popular beginner resources here, to get you started.

I'm still learning too, but a good place to start is NamePros and DomainSherpa—they have great guides. Expired domains usually go to auction before you can grab them directly. Keep an eye on sites like GoDaddy Auctions.
