OP has been really helpful, long story short, don't 'get dotted'.
Registration company wants $25 to 'attempt' a transfer out,
with no guarantee that the transaction will happen!

I just googled 4-5 of the domain names you specified google search results for, and none of them had results anywhere near as close as you list. For example, cavi.info has 179 google search results, and that's the best of the lot I googled.

He listed the stats for them without the domain extension. eg: 'cavi' not 'cavi.info'
