Domain Extension for Mobile Use Only

I need a domain that is very good for mobile use, very short and easy to type in.

I had owned a ".ooo" domain, but for some god forbidden reason, AT&T cell phones would not send a text message to them. I tried all other email service and phone providers, it was AT&T stricken but it made it a no-go. Tried tons of .ooo domains. If I had to guess, AT&T's servers that convert the text message to an email failed to resolve the ".ooo" domain because their DNS did not recognize the domain. It was not a spam filter, I could receive messages fine. Just not send.

Any other extensions like ".ooo" - repeating characters, easy to type in? Not worried about google SEO or anything, it is purely for sending texts and emails to from a mobile device.

Why not .com? Most mobile devices I've used have a .com button on the keypad making it 1 push
