Ideally what should be the Domain "CPC rate" to have a good market value of 6 figures plus?

Market value isn't just based on CPC. The quality and extension of the domain come first. Next, factors such as traffic, niche, and development come into play. Make no mistake, CPC is a huge selling factor. But you can't accurately price a domain solely on it.

Yes i do agree that CPC is not the sole price determining factor.
But if i have a buy a domain then what CPC i need to check which would yeild me a better revenue. $3, $8 or so on..what be the ideal àvergae CPC rate ?
