discuss Domain CPC - Exact match or Broad match

Hi Experts,

I am little confused about the CPC Rates of the domain whether to consider Exact Match or broad match CPC as a domain investor.

For expamle: I saw a domain having a Broad match cpc of $50 + & HIGH Competition, but the Exact match was showing cpc of $0 & Low competition.

So as a domain investor, which Domains would be more worth for Investing.And also what would be an Ideal CPC rate for any domain to have a good market value.

Please provide your valuable inputs.

As I see it, it's the difference between key phrases like "fast cars" and "cars fast". What chance is there of a surfer typing carsfast.com into his browser?

I think then it solely depends upon the domain name.
