Domain contract

Does anyone have a good domain name contract or link to site with a good contract .
I never used one for names under 1000.00 but I am selling a name for a high value and wish to protect myself as well as the buyer.

Are you talking like a "legal contract" ... or something to protect both Buyer/Seller in the actual transaction/exchange?

Many folks utilize the services of: www.escrow.com for the latter.
