Domain business partnership?

I have come to the conclusion that I can not find the next killer domain names. So if I spend many hours to find a so-so names, even if I sell a few dozen for three times the reg fee, I can not make much to justify the hours spent. So what are the alternatives?

1. are there any stock mutual fund that I can just leave my money since I do believe in the business?

2. are there any limited partnership I can join so that each person only spend the time to work on a part of the larger domain business operation?

Another question I have: I know many people had great sale numbers listed in this forum, but what is the overall yield for your investment if you average your all your gain against your lost?
