question Domain bought at Afternic

Hello,

There has been a few times that I bought domains listed at afternic, but always with partner registrars which do all the work.
I just have to pay and usually after a few days the domain is ready in my account.

This is the first time I bought a domain directly from afternic.com, I've already paid and they have cleared the funds.
I logged to my afternic account to see the escrow status of my purchase and it says that I need an account with the same registrar the domain is at, which I don't have but I will create one.

My question is:
Then what?
The seller will contact me or I have to contact him for the domain to be pushed?

the seller will have received a notice that the funds have cleared and that they will soon receive an email with instructions from afternic to transfer the domain to "apollo"

once the seller has transferred the domain to afternic, afternic will confirm and release funds to seller and await your new account details to transfer the domain to you.
