Hi all
Wondering if you domainers can recommend any other sites to sell domain names that you have had success with other than the obvious.

Im currently using
Sedo , Afternic and Go Daddy Auctions

Also in your opinion do you think sales are better by listing as buy now, offer only with no price, offer with an asking price or just list on auction with a low ball figure and hope you dont sell too low.. We all know its happened on ebay.. List at 99p at the wrong time of day and you may sell at 99p!!

If you have domains at Moniker you can also sell them at Snapnames.

I have personally been seeing more activity with buy-it-now or auction listings.

I was having a lousy time at snap names. It seems "snap names" only wakes up when there is a dot com version of a domain I kind of want!

Yes, selling domains is not an easy task (I guess), until you own really good domain names.

I think of domains like a stock on the stock market. Choose a good name and they can mature and increase in value over time.

I think the best strategy is to hold long term to accummulate a good return.

My latest strategy is to contact END USERS direct then provide them with a URL to an EBAY Auction. This is to put some pressure on them to bid. Will feed back the results I get.
