I recently purchased this domain, and in the first month, I have had about 350 unique page views. Any idea what's worth?

First of all, it is not a very good name, the traffic, which is not type-in, is due to the pre-existed website and it will go down and down if you don't dev it.
Second of all, adjust your asking price of this domain at sedo, coz that price will just simply daunt most of the buyers.
