i purchased a domain apprasial from afternic.com for loansforu.info and it said it is worth $300 undevepled and $4000 developed is this right

Depends alot of how it is being developed, Id think $4000 is maybe a tad high, but depending on how you develop it it could be possible.

I think this name is only worth about Low $xx undeveloped in resale market, probably high $xx if you find an end user. And the developed value depends on how you develop it. Good Luck

yeah, an appraisal service usually gives you a price relating to if you found an end user, which usually takes a long time. Their appraisal is a little high for what people in a forum here (i.e. domain resellers) would pay. I'd have to say high $xx undeveloped and developed would prob be lower to, but of course depends on the quality of the site.
