I see quite many appraisal domain service out there.
Do they appraise domain based on certain legitimate rules or based on expirience or unwritten 'rules' among them or what?
Is there any script to use domain appraisal probably?
Because sometimes I see weird domain but sales with very high price $$$$$ in auction likde Sedo, the other time I saw the good rythm domain name but with low price $$$?
So I don't understand how do they appraise that, looks like no certain method. For sure one of the factor is traffic, link, hit...what else???
