I am not a developer but more of a marketeer. Need to find a good developer. If anybody knows somebody just let me know.

Either dollars are very cheap or there are lot of vaccancies to be filled by the domain names .
Unless you developed your name into a good website with historical meaningful trackrecord
you are not going to get xxxx.
The three drawbacks-

A dot info- As by default all browsers placed dot com at the end of a name.

A plural- again care is needed while typing this domain.

Related to seasonal business makes no sense for large investment.

So if i am realy looking for this type of name i will stick to dot com with popular english prefix to it.

I don't think the plural hurts it at all. It really depends on how you intend to develop it. For a directory, "florists" is better. For an ecommerce site, "florist" is better.

It is developed, ever since 2007.
And, yes, it is a directory.
