domain DoHQ.com appraisal please?

Could anyone be good enough to offer appraisals for this domain please? It's undeveloped and I registered it in 2004 so 8 years old.

While it had inherent value as a 4-letter domain with a lot of meaning...I'd like it better as the .org. Great name for volunteering site. Still, can be used commercially to do things, but it's pretty generic and would take a lot of branding.

Don't know the current going rate for 4 letter .coms, but I'd put this at the lower end for whatever cvcv's are going for nowadays. Of course it's not a cvcv, but a very clear meaning.

I just said it aloud and realized it rhymes too. +30% to whatever the value as stated above. I've been out of the game all summer and I'm not up to date on current pricing.
