Cheers. It's a phrase that's used from time to time meaning 'really cheap'. But I can see how you could think cheap dogs! lol

I'm guessing you mean local UK slang? The UK has some of the most odd and peculiar slang in the world if you ask me and it's not just cheap dogs!

If it's local slang then you might have something more than meets the eye but then your potential sales pool is smaller.
