Does this display in IE 4 U?

Hey

I have this Flash video that I'm trying to get to render properly in IE, it's plays just fine in Firefox and Flock but no love in IE. I believe I have to add a flvcontroller.js to the page.

I'm using the free JW Media Player.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you could leave the version of IE you are using.
