...as Online Game sites?

VideoGames.ws
VideoGameX.com

Like is it ok to refer to online games as Video Games, like Online Video Games or is the term more so for only PS2 XBox etc. related content.

Thanks,

Mike

I think of the term 'Video Game' as a PS2, XBOX etc game, Arcade sites are just... different, I don't really know what I call the games on it, other than ArcadeGames or Online Games =/.

It is possible, although I agree that it sounds a lot like a console or pc game.

Id say online in the domain name, otherwise it looks like a gaming rental place!

Yes, I do own them, I was just wondering what everyone thought about using these for an online game site vs a PS2 etc... game site.

I do agree that they lean more towards a console type site but I was considering the alternative.

I'm probably not your target demographic, but "video games" sound online gaming-ish to me. Think miniclip.com and the huge success they've had, and they term themselves as "games" and "video games".

Certainly fits the dictionary.com definition:
