Does anyone here not use paypal?
What alternatives do you use?

I tried to purchase a laptop on monday from ebay, but the seller refunded me, because the transaction said my address wasn't confirmed, even thou my account is verified and it says my home address is confirmed in my paypal account. I contacted paypal and they said it was confirmed too..odd..

Now paypal has my money on temporary hold for 3-5 days due to it being refunded so quickly or something.
Pisses me off. I will never use paypal again.

Well Canadian banks use CertaPay which is a online interac, I dunno if that helps you any. But you might also check out paybycash.com which is another alternative I use. And I have also recently signed up for moneybookers.com
