Website Startup Looking for Developers

I am the lead developer for a website startup that will launch in the next few days. We are looking for one or two independent developers that will help us develop many other features to come.

You need to be comfortable developing in PHP with MySQL integration. Also you should be able to write code using valid (X)HTML/CSS. Experience with MyBB and Javascript/AJAX would be nice.

You will be directly developing features and working as part of a small team. Salary is based on per project and is negotiable with the founders.

You don't have to be the brightest we're looking for people who are motivated and love to build and try out cool new stuff.

I'm a bit confused. Are you looking for a team of website developers or somebody to build a site for you? What kind of commitment would it require? Would you consider outsourcing?

Hi, currently, I am the only developer. We are looking for one or two more developers to join us.

We have a website that is functional and is launching in the coming few days. This IS a commitment because you'll be developing new features as the site grow and fixing bugs as the users break things.

I am prefering someone who can work on the features with me. I am doing this part time so anyone with a two or three hours a day would be perfect. So the answer the question about outsourcing, it's not what I'm looking for, but it is an option I will be looking to discuss.
