Do xxxxxxxtalk domains have any value?

Hi all

Do domain names that end up on the TALK have any value. They are pretty good for developing community forums but from the point of view of reselling them do they have any value?

I see *talk domains offered up but it seems to me mostly the ones that are in demand are dating-related. Admittedly I'm a newcomer to this, though, so my experiences are limited.
