I recently hand registered the following:

breastselfcheck.com
certifiedshipments.com
westnote.com
winddrop.com
dupug.com

Some of these are keyword and some are brandable. What do you think about listing on an auction or doing outbound on any of these domains? Which strategy would work for which domain?

Yup, for a first try though this isn't bad. Keep certifiedshipments.com, and see if you can get some cash back for it, its not bad. Put it on auction for an unlimited time and keep bumping the thread every 24 hours, I'm sure someone will bid.

Not sure what was your rationale registering the last two, but the top three are pretty damn good!

Both. List in auction and do outbound. Westnote.com sounds good for BrandBucket, too.

I thought westnote was pretty good as well. Very brandable.

 

[Primary Names]

Westnote is brandable, but it will probably not sell due to two reasons. First - Combination is weak - "west" is strong and broad term but "note" sounds like a weak term. Second - These kind of names have a chance only if kept within 6 letter.
Just my two cents.
