hi guys y name is luis and i had a quick question about having privacy policy statements on webpages

basically all im doing is trying to promote a product

im not going to collect any information maybe some, such as if a person emails me about the company i'm promoting and that is about it

so do i need one???????????

you just said what u need to mention in the privacy policy - "We do not collect any information .. etc" which you can write yourself (i guess you can - 4-5 lines do)

Also, a small T&C as you are promoting 3rd party product, isn't it?

i suggest that you have a privacy policy. just use the generator that MarkP linked to, or just google "privacy policy generator", you'll get tons of results, it's better to be on the safe side and have yourself legally covered, because in america, i wouldn't be surprised if a lawyer A sued lawyer B because lawyer B was suing client A (if that made send lol).
