I know there are other sales also but most of the sales are not so high.

lets put it this way..

if you go to check daily expired .biz (or any extension) at expireddomains.net and you see tons of similar quality as you just listed or higher qty, availble to re-register.. then the answer becomes very clear.

In my experience, the most effective way to profit from .biz domain sales is to find domains with existing SEO properties and build small websites (WP blog). Have sold a few to SEO specialists and bloggers, but none to domainers for reselling.
