The "NYJ" could be "New York Jets" (football team) - you can surely figure out something for the "D"!

Yes, the flexibility of the "NY" puts this above a standard LLLL.com, so I'll agree with low-mid $XX undeveloped. Figure out a good acronym and find an end user for $XXX or more!

Hey, I wonder whether that's because it's the initials of three states known around here as the "tri-state region": Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania. (Maybe that fact will give you some marketing ideas.)
