Please help me evaluate this domain pair...and best use of these names to launch a project around.

Could be mid $$$ looking at sales with dns as the keyword, for the right spelling of cart.
however, whenever you make a deal, try to throw in the other one as well, and increase the price by 1.3 - 1.5 times the price that you negotiate.
