Hi all, sorry if this is in the incorrect forum,

I am having an issue with one of my sites, I have recently transferred my websites from a server in USA to the UK, all my sites are fine but one.

One of the sites is on the new server, when I log into cpanel I can see the new IP address of the server, but when I try to upload files to the site via FTP it seems like they are going to the old server as no changes are being made to the new site.
I hope this makes sense, if you need any more info just ask LOL.

Please help I been at it all day now and its beginning to make my eyes funny.

Hey, try using that IP as the FTP host (one you see in the new host cPanel). Your dns may not have updated completely and you may be accidently uploading to the old server still.

No problem, It can depend on many things unfortunately. If it's still not allowing it as the domain in a few days time you might want to see if your host can help investigate.
