DNS failures for mailbox parking

I am using a mailbox parking company and have observed frequent DNS failures for domains with Bigrock,Dynadot and other registrars on the logicboxes platform. Has anyone using mailbox parking faced a similar problem for DNS failures for the above registrars.
Which is the most reliable registrar with no DNS failures?
Is it possible to prevent the dns failures.?

Have you tried to use a pay package of private messages?
I recommend you to buy Google G Suite

Parking does not involve using g suite , it is just redirecting all emails
