There is knowledge to be learned all around you. Some you can pay for, some you can never afford, but free for the asking. Read the newbie forums here & there, ask questions when you can't find an answer, take the time to digest, proceed slowly & shift gears on the way up. Don't start in overdrive, or your engine may stall.

Wouldn't this be a question better asked at DNF? Since it is a program run over on that forum, I would think you would get more feedback about the program from the members of DNF.

True, but he still might be able to find information about it over there.

I agree that $20 for a lifetime membership is tough to argue with. A lot of knowledge is free but paying a little bit of money to have that free information all in one place for you is nice.

I thought its free to register as a member of the forum. The paid levels of membership just allow you to have extra benefits. You should still be able to access the forum as a free member and gain information about the different levels of membership. And the OP was talking about some sort of "college" program. So that doesn't even make sense to me considering the membership levels have nothing to do with a "college". I thought the OP was referring to some sort of class or educational lecture of some sort that might take place online.

After looking at DNF I see they are promoting something called DNFCollege.com. That doesn't mean you cant signup as a free member of their forum and ask other members about the benefits of the program and if they find it useful. I am sure more of their members know about the program than the members of NamePros do. This was actually the first time I heard about it and had to research it myself.

Main reason I did not ask there is because I did not want biased answers.

Since it is lowcost I think I will just go ahead and do it , then post if I felt it was a waste of money or not.

No, it is not lifetime membership, it is only for one year gold membership

Ability to buy domains for sale but NOT sell.
Ability to engage in private messaging with other members.
Ability to reply to posts in some sections.
