Let's see what I can do but as I said even with my partner's laptop DN doesn't come out so maybe it's a problem not related to our devices?
I mean I have always accessed that website!!!

then it looks like you need to contact your internet provider support staff - they may have DNS/ip blocking issues or anything related to network topology partially broken..
