Is there a problem with the DMP Marketplace? All looked good, used a spare domain for the free trial. Paid the first month. Asked to change domain on 18th Sept and add 2nd shop. Ticket responded same day with NS's which I changed straight away and advised. No response since the 18th. I opened new tickets again on the 22nd and 25th, but these haven't been responded to.
From what I read they are quite reputable. Has something happened? Anyone else experiencing similar?
