ForumMate.Com (PR5) was setup at the beginning of March. The site currently hosts over 200 forums (deleted all inactive forums which were over 1000) and receives around 800-1200 uniques and 10.000-20.000 pageviews a day. Google Adsense generates $2-$4 per day (No income proof is available as the ads were not served using channels). The site is listed in dmoz as well as all major search engines and directories including thefreesite, hotscripts, cgi-resources etc. The site gets around 10 new signups a day. I have spent a lot of time and resources for the site (subdomain, mod-rewrite, banner mod, seo etc.) back when it was originally launched however nothing much has been done since. The site was down for a period of 10 days back in september due to issues related to the previous owner however everything has been normal since. I am selling the site because I do not have any time to devote into this however the site can become much more popular with a bit more effort and promotion.

I double check the site and it seems that the forum notification form does not work.

With that said, how does upgrade in phpBB version normally works? Will seb release an updated version for it? I noticed on the bottom it said something about HostNational, but I noticed the forum itself is hosted elsewhere, are you under a term or contract advertisement of somesort?

seb releases an update once phpbb updates and you manually update a couple of files.

I am not sure what forum notification form you are referring to. Everything is working normally at the moment.

HostNational was one of my sites. There is no advertising contract of any sort. You are free to place anything you like there instead.
