I don't disagree with all of your potential website ideas for the domain names above. In fact there are probably various other potential uses, but a domain name which needs a potential use shoehorning into it is generally not valuable.
It should be obvious what they would be used for

For example (crude off the top of my head):
ccrie.com
Is it worth anything? Not particularly on face value. Well, it could be used for:
Cheap Car Rental In Europe
And car rental companies are huge business...But that name is not valuable whatever possible use you spin on it with hope that someone else thinks the same. Sadly they don't, they want straightforward names that make sense immediately.

"dmainz.com (Portfolio site)" A domain selling portfolio site should have a pretty amazing domain name. Like a website designer needs an amazing looking website themselves.


Sorry to put it bluntly, and this is only one person's opinion, but I see no commercial use for the above nor potential sale even for lower buyers like hobbyists etc as there is better available for cheap.

.org and .co to a lesser extent are only valuable with sought after keywords, and usually single word too. Anything else just don't sell, or make very little return.
