It is a 'category killer' name it just has the wrong suffix. You could monetize this .net with affiliate marketing links related to website building software, books especially books and domain name sales/hosting. The better quality the tutorials the more traffic, that goes without saying.

It is worth developing, the physical tech savvy ie; wood and metal workers, landscapers and so on would relate to this domain simply because of the 'DIY'
