Hi Iravan, I personally am not too fond of the .biz domain extension, and if given the chance, I doubt that I will register the domain name, unless it is disney.biz.

Well, it depends on how good the other part is, if it is a nice keyword or gets some traffics, or you want to develop it, it is not that important what ext it has.
Like my DomainHosting.cc, I decided to use it as my reselling business.

otherwise, just let it go. IMO.

The .us version is expired and in pending delete status (Also owned by a Canadian).
http://www.whois.sc/disneycruise.us. You might contact them and find out why they are not renewing (threat, no traffic, etc).

Most of the other gTLD's are owned by Disney themselves, except the .info which appears to be a cruise tavel agency and may have license to legitimately use the name.

Not quite true... In a UDRP arbitration case, the only normal penalty is turning over the domain. However, a TM owner may choose to bring a criminal or civil case against you instead if they believe you have profited under normal tradmark laws of each country. A judge or jury can then award damages (actual, punitive, and/or attorney's fees) if they see fit. If found criminally liable, you could even get jail time. Granted, this is not the normal situation, but it could happen. If a big company brings one of these cases, the attorney fees alone could be very hefty.
