Do you think Microsoft can sue me if I build a Windows Vienna related site / forum for this domain? I think they can't, as the domain doesn't contain the word Microsoft, can they?

If they can, then I'll build a Vienna, Austria travel related site. And for this no one can sue me. I could then sell the domain to someone interested in turning it into a Windows Vienna forum.

What would you guys advise me?

No! Vienna is not the name of the successor to Vista but rather the standard codename they give to every OS that's in development. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Server_"Longhorn"
